This place is beautifully decorated and excellent, meeting all required needs, with a stunning location close to Lovran and the Opatija riviera, making it a great walk.

fantastically friendly staff, satisfactory breakfast, wonderful location really close to opatija which is about 4 kms. generally exceptional service with parking on-site. not to mention very good wifi! good overall experience.

The hotel enjoys an unbeatable location right on the beach with a mere 5m to the water's edge. the stunning sea shore is accessible from the hotel, giving guests easy access to restaurants and cafes along the water. the elegantly decorated rooms offer a beautiful view of the ocean, with comfortable bedding, toiletries for convenience, and a balcony for private use.

The service at the breakfast area could use some improvement with loud pop music playing, causing some discomfort to guests trying to ease into their day.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Villa Schubert. The location, right on the beach, offered breathtaking views of the crystal-clear water. The restaurant terrace overlooking the small beach was a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Despite the lack of an elevator, we managed fine and appreciated the opportunity for some exercise. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
